We are an underground society of creative women leaders - founders, entrepreneurs, executives, investors, brand leaders, artists, and activists who come together to break bread, tell their truths, collaborate, and celebrate to take each other higher.

What We Do
We create immersive in-person experiences that bring together incredible women over a shared transformative experience, designed to activate feminine power and turn surface-level connections into meaningful relationships.
Through our intimate and curated dinners, events, and retreats, women have met collaborators, investors, mentors, lifelong friends and have stepped even deeper into their embodied power and magnetism.
To date, we have hosted over 50 events and reached over 5K women.

MEET THE HEAD LIONESS
Lioness Founder, Feminine Leadership Coach, Master Facilitator & Speaker
Stephanie Redlener is the founder of Lioness, a feminine leadership Collective for women who are ready to play by a different set of rules. She is an Executive Coach, Speaker, and Teacher of Feminine Intelligence which centers around somatic body wisdom, pleasure and intuition as strategies for success. She is the founder and host of the Lioness Behind Closed Doors dinner series, Master Coach for Mama Gena’s pleasure coaching certification and co-creator of Akera Retreat Center in upstate New York.
Stephanie is available for 1-1 coaching, sensual embodiment sessions, speaking opportunities, workshops, and facilitation.
